General terms & conditions classes, workshops, masterclasses & coaching Monique Duurvoort | MDDance

• Participating in classes, workshops, master classes and/or coaching organized by Monique Duurvoort | MDDance is entirely at your own risk.

• Injuries and/or other physical symptoms must be reported to Monique Duurvoort | MDDance (and if applicable to an external teacher) prior to every class, workshop, master class and/or coaching moment.

• Monique Duurvoort | MDDance (and if applicable, an external teacher) cannot be held liable for:

- accidents/injuries before, during and /or after the workshops and (if applicable) presentations;

- theft, loss and/or damage to personal property;

• Making photo and/or video recordings for personal use is permitted. However, publication of photo’s and/or video material on the Internet (social media sites, websites, etc.) and/or other media is not allowed unless approved by the other participants of a class, workshop or master class, Monique Duurvoort | MDDance , and (if applicable) external teachers;

• In case of illness of Monique Duurvoort, a substitute teacher will replace the class, workshop and/or master class. If replacement cannot be organized, a new class -, workshop –, master class, and/or coaching moment date and time will be scheduled in consultation with all participants;

• In case of cancellation of a class, workshop and/or master class due to circumstances beyond one’s control (eg. weather conditions) all is done to organize a replacement class -, workshop –, master class -, and/or coaching moment date and time in consultation with all participants;

• Consuming of food on any studio floor is not allowed.

• Bottled drinks are allowed on the studio floor;

• No sharp objects are allowed on any studio floor (because of possible damage to the linoleum);

• Studio’s, dressing rooms and other areas that are being used should be kept clean;

• In the event of premature termination/cancellation of classes, workshops, master classes and/or coaching moment by participants, the class/workshop/master class/coaching costs remain due, refund of a class -, workshop –, master class, and or coaching fee is not possible.
